my Allergy Aid Take Control of Your Allergies
Background:
In this role, I was responsible for evaluating and optimizing the user flow of a digital platform to ensure the information architecture made sense from the user's perspective. The goal was to identify friction points and areas where the navigation or layout could be improved to better align with user expectations and behaviors.
To achieve this, I conducted a thorough analysis of the current user journey, focusing on how information was organized and how users interacted with different sections of the app. My objective was to pinpoint where users might experience confusion or drop-off, and propose layout or content adjustments that would lead to a more intuitive and seamless experience. By refining the app’s structure and flow, I aimed to enhance user satisfaction and ensure that the platform better serves its intended audience.
