AI Technical Intern

AI Business Development

As an AI intern focusing on sales coaching, I leveraged artificial intelligence to optimize the sales process and improve sales performance. My primary responsibility was to assist in building an AI system that analyzed sales data and provided insights into customer behavior, helping sales teams tailor their pitches and improve their closing rates. I worked closely with the sales team to implement AI-driven strategies, such as personalized sales coaching, that targeted individual strengths and weaknesses.

Additionally, I was involved in enhancing the AI's ability to simulate real-life sales scenarios, offering recommendations for improvement based on data and neuroscience-backed techniques. By collecting and analyzing large datasets, I helped refine the AI model to provide real-time, actionable insights for sales reps, ultimately driving both team performance and overall sales growth.

AI Testing

I was responsible for testing the sales coaching platform to ensure its functionality, usability, and performance. This involved conducting thorough usability testing to evaluate the user experience (UX) and ensure the platform was intuitive and user-friendly for sales teams. I identified key user pain points and worked to resolve issues related to navigation, accessibility, and overall design flow.

In addition to UX testing, I actively identified and documented bugs, glitches, and performance issues within the platform, collaborating with the development team to troubleshoot and fix these problems. I also tested the platform's integration with AI algorithms to ensure that the insights and recommendations provided were accurate, relevant, and actionable.

Process Risk Control

Additionally, I was responsible for creating an outline plan of the process to serve as a checklist for the onboarding stages with clients using the platform. This ensured risk control and provided the necessary steps that needed to be completed before moving to the next stage. This approach helped avoid technological risks that could arise when working with multiple clients simultaneously.
